Curbside and Delivery Options!

While we are not yet open for in-store browsing, we are now open for curbside pickup and some limited delivery options.

For curbside pickup, phone 704.343.3031 or email your requests to ToGo@ VisArtVideo.org. Let us know your membership name or number, so we can get your order ready for you. Then just call or knock on the door when you're at the store, and we'll bring out your stuff! If you have a card on file, we can even run that for you before you arrive to make the pickup process even faster.

We can also deliver to anyplace within a 10-minute drive of the store, as shown on Google Maps, for a $5 delivery fee. Just get your requests in to the store by phone or email by 3pm, and we'll get the movies to you by 7pm that evening. We'll contact you when we're heading out, or earlier if we have any questions about your requests. Be sure to tell us if there are any special requests about the delivery, such as gate codes or where to leave the movies if you're not home.

Black filmmakers

Check out the great titles we've pulled into our new section. We're still not open for in-store browsing, but they're all visible through the side window at the store, and we'll be happy to pull out a few boxes if you want to check them out. Or call us for recommendations of some black filmmakers - 704.343.3031, 12-8 all days.

VisArt reopening!

After several weeks that we've been sanitizing movies and doing inventory,
VisArt will be reopening starting June 1, 2020 for curbside pickup only. 
Noon to 8pm all 7 days, Monday - Sunday.

There is currently no in-store shopping, due to limited staffing and the difficulty of sanitizing the many boxes of movies on a shelf should someone cough or otherwise deposit virus on them. We know you miss browsing the shelves, we miss you too!
